What Can't You Live Without?

So, I have a question for all of you.  Do you have that one book or product in your classroom that you just can't live without?  Something that you go back to over and over, year after year and it never lets you down.  I'm not talking white boards or base 10 blocks.  I'm thinking more like lesson guides or that one read-aloud that you look forward to using all year?

Personally, I have a couple.  I have a book of Math Mats that a teacher friend created that are a life saver every year.  And I look forward with anticipation all year to teaching The Giver by Lois Lowry.  No matter my class dynamics or make up, those two items keep me moving forward all year.  And while it's not really a product as something that I just started doing that has morphed over the years, I have added student books to my techniques.  I make them in all shapes and sizes and styles.  I do a different one for each theme/subject.  The kids LOVE them and I am now considering buying stock in a construction paper company - because I think I single-handedly keep them in business each year.

What is that one thing for you that keeps you having fun with your kiddos?  I'd love to hear about it.
